proceeding with full membership. You will be contacted by a qualified
CRN specialist who works with members and their creditors daily,
and will provide you with honest, straight forward feedback on your
issues. We have every incentive to be sure the members we enroll
are going to be successful with our product and services. Basic Membership does not require consultation with a specialist.

• This level of membership is ideal for consumers who are thinking that debt settlement may be the right option for them, but are not yet convinced. This will provide you a level of understanding that cannot be gained from any level of research or consultation, and with NO RISK!
• Upgrade to full CRN membership at a later date.

CRN FULL MEMBERSHIP
You Will Pay: $100/account, $50/month, **contingency fee

• Provides all the tools necessary to be successful in dealing with your debt with unlimited support
• Full service mediation and negotiation
• *CRN Guarantee

Whether you ultimately select CRN to assist you in these tough financial times or not, you will not regret the time spent with us. We *guarantee it!

*GUARANTEE: If, at any time and for any reason, you would like your CRN specialist to mediate with your creditor(s) on your behalf, we will do so. There is a contingency fee for a Consumer Recovery Network Specialist negotiating on your behalf. Meaning, you pay a fee only if you accept a settlement provided to you in writing by your CRN Specialist. If you do not accept a written settlement offer, you will not pay. Our Full Service fee is based on 15% of the amount of the debt reduction (the difference between the balances at the time of settlement and the amount of debt reduction). A full credit of all membership fees will be applied to any resulting contingency fees. Separate retainer agreement required.

**NOTE: CRN does not charge the 15% contingency fee in 20 states. We still provide full service, but ask the consumers that we work with in these states to voluntarily donate the approximate amount of that fee direct to the National Consumer Law Center or to a low income legal aid office in your state. Due to the downturn in the economy and job market, we also approve of donating what we would normally charge to your local food bank in the form of non-perishable food items. The 20 states are: Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Colorado Residents: No contingent fee for settlement services is calculated or contemplated either to CRN, or in the form of donation to a consumer cause, in your state.
